Please read before coming to IC Delta! 

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these VERY IMPORTANT guidelines prior to attending any of the Masses at IC Delta. 

Each person  is required to carry out the following health check (CLICK HERE for Health Check)  prior to attending any of the below listed activities. A person who has not passed a health check must not attend.

A NOTE OF CAUTION about attending any of the below outdoor Masses to individuals listed below,  because of their higher risk of suffering from serious complications of COVID-19:
a. a person 70 years of age or older, even if they have been immunized against COVID-19;
b. a person who is living with another person who is infected with COVID-19, or who has upper respiratory or influenza-like symptoms;
c. a person with an underlying medical condition or a compromised immune system.

Guidelines for “Seated" Outdoor Mass (Attending in a chair outside)

• Advanced Registration Required.
• Open to all Registered Immaculate Conception Parishioners. 
• Please arrive in the Church Parking lot 15 - 30 minutes before Mass start time. Parking Lot will be CLOSED at Mass start time. Latecomers will not be admitted.
• If you choose to drive to this Mass, you will be directed to park in the gravel lot.  You will exit your car and walk to the seating area after checking in with volunteers.
• Please follow the directions of the volunteers.
• Must be seated and 2 meters away from the next household.
• All attendees must disperse immediately following the conclusion of the Mass and must not gather or socially engage with other participants during, before or after Mass.

Guidelines for “Drive-in" Outdoor Mass (Attending in your Car)

• Advanced Registration Required.
• Open to all Registered Immaculate Conception Parishioners. 
• Please arrive in the Church Parking lot 15 - 30 minutes before Mass start time. Parking Lot will be CLOSED at Mass start time. Latecomers will not be admitted.
• Please follow the directions of the volunteers.
• To follow the Mass, set your car Audio to 103.9 FM. 
• The provincial order states that you must stay in your car throughout the whole Mass. 
• At Communion time remain in your car and wait for the priest to approach, roll down your window(s) when the Priest approaches your car with Holy Communion. 
• Sanitize your hands
• Extend your arm toward the priest and prepare to receive the Holy Eucharist in your hand. Pull your mask down and consume the Host.
• All attendees must disperse immediately following the conclusion of the Mass and must not gather or socially engage with other participants during, before or after Mass.

If you are 70 or older, we are encouraging you not to attend.  You also required to wear a mask and must do a COVID-19 self check before attending a Mass.  If you have any of the symptoms you should not attend the Mass.  

When you arrive at the church you will sign in with the volunteers, sanitize your hands and you will be directed to a spot outside, make sure your household is at least 2 meters away from others.  

Only those who are currently registered with Immaculate Conception Parish, Delta, will be eligible for Mass assignment. If you are not a registered parishioner but would like to be on the official parish list, please contact the parish office.
