All parishioners are welcome to attend the advent mission at our parish with Fr. Ernie Rush from New Jersey, USA.  Tuesday, November 30 and Wednesday, December 1.  There will be a talk in the morning after the 8:15am Mass and evening at 6pm Confession, 6:30pm Mass & Advent Mission, 7:15pm Healing Ministry.
Fr. Ernie Rush is from New Jersey. He was a professional in healthcare until he heard God’s strong call to the priesthood. Shortly after his ordination in 2002, he needed a heart transplant which he miraculously received through the intercession of St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta.
This ultimately led to the Healing of Hearts Ministry, discerned and received during his recovery. His assignments have included both pastorship and Chaplaincy at various medical centres in New Jersey. 
Fr. Ernie is the present pastor at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Lyndhurst, New Jersey and provides pastoral care in conjunction with the John Leaps Foundation Evangelization and the Cross of St. Benedict Healing of Families.
